The best breakfast we had in Toronto. Croissants were so flaky and you could tell they were made with love. The breakfast sandwich was incredible as well, and I loved that it came with hot sauce. Plenty of seating and very friendly staff. You can also take all items to go, which is a nice perk if you're on the go. Highly recommend.
Things I tried: Pistachio croissant: Try it once. Maybe another time if you really like it but you’re not a bougie b. Things to note; Not a strong pistachio flavour but I think I appreciate that. Not overly sweet which is great, and the croissant itself is on the hard side (complete opposite to Le Beau’s croissants). Almond croissant: it’s good, but since you came all this way, just go for the pistachio croissant. Or get both. I would. Texture and sugar level is the same as the pistachio croissant, the filling is weak. Sausage roll: WOW. Just WOW. It’s overpriced and tiny. That’s it. My Asian palette found the taste of the sausage too bland and one note. French onion with cheese and egg bun: I think this would have won over the people had it been baked with a hard crusty bread instead of a soft bun. Flavours are underwhelming.
