It's a cozy spot with intimate seating good for maybe 2-3 people. The drinks were pretty solid with descent quality ingredients. Prices are fairly high. The options for the craft cocktails could be more diverse. The food items were nice. The hand roll was OK it wasn't particularly great. It's more for smaller bites and definitely not for a full meal or hungry people. The high ball was pretty good

416 Snack Bar is a super cute spot tucked away in a corner. It's small but has a warm and inviting vibe with an amazing ambiance. The service was top-notch—friendly and attentive, always checking in on us. We started with some east coast oysters, which were delicious. The drinks were even better, in my opinion; they were on the stronger side but still had a sweetness that I really enjoyed. We also tried the sliders, which were delicious and quite filling. Additionally, we had the General Tso tofu, which was great, although I didn’t get a picture of it. Overall, this place is fantastic for grabbing bites to share, true to its 'snack bar' name. I definitely want to come back and try other items on the menu.

Our server turned out to be the manager, Daniel Sanchez. He was incredibly attentive and provided recommendations based on each of our preferences. When I asked about the large artwork suspended above the bar, he shared some great Toronto history. Not posting here to spoil it - let it be a good conversation piece with your table when you go! Daniel was also very accommodating when we realized the lights had been dimmed after we arrived, making it very hard to see each other signing, and turned them back up during our stay. The experience aside, the food I had was deeply flavourful and well-thought out. The prices were fairly reasonable for a specialized tapas place. You can also check out their extensive wine menu on Instagram: @416winelist. Clever way to provide expansive information on each vintage without a multi-fold and cumbersome menu.

Landed in Toronto quite late! Wanted to experience some kind of night life but also needed to eat! Randomly selected this place and it blew me away! The space is super cool and sexy! Lit only by candles and in a small and intimate space! Their sound system also complements the r&b mix they pump through out! Loved the service!! Loved the food!! Loved the vibe! Just go - you need to experience this place for yourself! We did a week long trip in Montreal, Ottawa Toronto and this was by far my favourite restaurant!! Try the spicy cucumber salad and pair it with the Korean fried chicken!
