The restaurant has all the features to be a five stars but unfortunately needs to improve in some items. We were lucky with our waiter, but they have a high number of staff and the majority is always in a rush and not attempted to the clientele. The food is divine, very different, exotic, Brazilian and well presented. The atmosphere is loud and could be balanced with a nice music as a background. The staff needs training, something basic hot to talk with the client, how to approach, how not to interrupt, and how charge. I definitely would return and try to get a more isolated table, but the experience was affected by that.
Terrific ambiance. You can sit outback in the garden area and it feels like you are in an oasis in the middle of the busy streets of São Paulo. And thank God for that because you’re going to wait. The place is busy on weekends and the food takes a while to arrive. But the food… good god. It tastes like I cooked it. The risotto was crunchy and it tasted like uncle Ben’s microwaved rice. The filet mignon had no flavor, no salt, and based on the texture it seemed like they removed it from the freezer and threw it in the grill. And for 150 reais.. I could have had a better steak at any corner bar for a fraction of that. All in all, I’d come back for a coffee.
