The service leaves much to be desired. The hostess, the waiter that takes your drink order... (i waited 20 minutes and contemplated leaving as I was left with a menu and saw 4 other people come after me and get service) the men serving meat, they all collectively bring down the vibe of the place. Only one waiter, or possibly manager type person (young and caramel colored skin), came to ask me if I needed anything. He is the reason I am giving the place 3 stars and not 2. I went on a week day evening, the place wasn't busy, it was pleasant as the DJ had good mixes but it took a really long time to get table service. The food, both buffet and meat are amazing and atmosphere but the service was a let down.
A great variety of meat and it is cooked perfectly. The salad bar has a good variety too, from salads, entrees, cheeses, fruits and more. It is a good place to taste Brazilian Churrasco (barbecue). The outdoor area has a good vibe and nice view. Perfect to have a few drinks while enjoying the sight!
Simplesmente impecável! Comida maravilhosa, atendimento de excelência, uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Foi muito além das minhas expectativas.
Gostaria de agradecer todos vocês por serem responsáveis por eu ter ido uma comemoração de aniversário tão especial e agradabilíssima. Sou cliente assídua de vocês. Em especial gostaria de destacar o atendimento dessa equipe perfeita: Adalberto (a lenda do rodízio), Diego, Diogo, Ronnie, Alex, Fabrício, Maurício e Regilson ... Não sei como, mas vocês conseguem com que cada encontro, cada visita seja sempre como a primeira, impecável no atendimento e na qualidade. Não canso de elogiar e de sempre querer estar em um ambiente como esses.
