⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I visited Food Chattola recently and had a mixed experience. • The Food Thala is absolutely worth it for the price! The variety and taste make it a standout. • The environment is very pleasant, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. • The food quality is great, fresh, and flavorful. • A unique highlight was the Faluda served in eye-catching bottles, which added a fun and modern touch. However, the service time was disappointing. We had to wait at least 40 minutes, which dampened the overall experience. Despite this, I’d rate the overall experience a 9 out of 10. Just be prepared to wait for your food!
A hyped place in Chittagong. The decor here is rural village house inspired using tins and paint arts. Quite spacious restaurant. However , in weekends and occasion times, this place gets crowded. We had to wait 40 mins to get our sit as we went on the day of Nobomi (puja) holiday. Food options are deshi mostly also has options related to local Chittagong food (bela biscuit diye cha). Taste of food is good here. Customer service can be better.
Heard about this place a lot but finally tried during my last business trip in Chittagong and it was a great experience all together. The place is exceptional decorated with the touch of tradition Bangladesh all over. When the entire country is going flushy-glamorous, having a traditional retro look gives kind of eye-soothing for many like me. Tried the Bangla foods - Duck, Chicken, Fish, Vorta and found each and every time worthy of trying. The staffs served with smile and help you to find the right food. The food cost is also very reasonable - at least to my experience. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place for those who are looking for a good Bangla cuisine in Chittagong city.
A place where you will feel calm and content. More than the food I liked the overall ambiance of the place. Very cozy and artsy. They also had a tiny store with interesting Chittagong inspired souvenirs, and a friendly bird who will sit on your shoulder and try to bite your ears. You can finish off your meal with a pan from their pan corner.
