Fabulous experience!! We discovered this place during our day trip to Andora and os de Civis village . Typical Catalan cuisine restaurant , friendly staff, service exceptional and amazing location. The view is outstanding, surrounded by the mountain. All meats are prepared in barbecue charcoal. Again really highly recommended place
Family run restaurant, with traditional food and atmosphere. With a grilled meat that is to die for. Personalized service, good mood, delicious food. Reserve your table, it gets crowded during weekend!
We were having a really bad time, trying to find a good place to eat, Drove all around Sant Julià de Lòria What a dump, total waste of time, Then we tried the road out of Aixovall Towards Bixessarri, And we spotted Borda de l'Arena, A place you could drive by, and miss so easily.... So So glad we stopped. When you enter it seems nothing special, Especially as the prices are so reasonable. We ordered Lamb stew, And wild boar stew,,, Both as thgey would have been hundreds of years ago, Fantastic, Then for mains Confit of duck And Lamb Shoulder. Plus free side dish of bread and olives, With 2 beers, 1 Bottle of amazing Rioja Plus 1 desert, For 80 Euros, With a tip. After all the stress, Finding most places shut, or closed on a Thursday, This was like food from heaven !!!
