Fantastic place. It's like going back in time. One of those typical lunchtime menu places that are unfortunately disappearing. Fabulous traditional home cooking, the chips are to die for, the staff are adorable and incredibly atentive even if sometimes somewhat stern and Ramon is an absolute institution. Anyone looking for hoity-toity fine dining, don't bother wasting your time, you won't fit in. For everyone else, it's a must if you visit Andorra and you need to meet Ramon! It's like a home away from home.
Very good place to eat without pretensions. Homemade menu at a good price.
Eat exquisite traditional Catalan cuisine. Unbeatable price, excellent quality and exceptional service. The place would need a reform, both inside and out.
We saw this place on Tripadvisor and decided to check it out, there not being a great deal around/open in the town. It was certainly an interesting meal, in that the proprietor knew no English, but thankfully what was on offer was recognisable! There were no menus, he just rattled off a list of pastas and a list of meats. We thought we would therefore be getting meat pasta, but instead got a plate of pasta, then a meat main. The pasta was very tasty with a delicious cheese on top along with tomato sauce. I then had the churrasco which had really tasty herbs on it. My husband and I each had two courses and a drink each, which came to 22 Euros. I found everything in Andorra to be a huge bargain, but for all I know that could be a rip off price for tourists! I'd recommend this place if you're happy to take a chance and perhaps have an amusing story to tell your friends when back home. The food certainly is tasty, but you have to have trust!
