I visited this restaurant known for its all-you-can-eat ribs, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff seemed indifferent, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my second portion of ribs. They didn't offer a choice of sauce for the ribs and got this kind of sweet caramel on it. They neglected to clear the table of bone-filled plates. Additionally, the ribs were not tasty and were disappointingly dry. Towards the end, all staff disappeared for at least 15 minutes, leaving customers unattended. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Delicious pizzas for dinner with my kids. Excellent friendly service. The complimentary chips while we were deciding what to order were a nice, welcoming touch, and the complimentary shot of apple liquor rounded the evening off very well. We may be back later in the week to try the cheese fondue!
We had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed so much that we went back a second night! Staff were very nice. Cocktails were delicious also!!
Lovely staff nice setting but extremely poor food. T Bone steak ordered as well done came out red. Burgers ordered as well done and no red meat. All 3 burger came out red meat. Chicken poor quality and undercooked. Rib ok at best, did not order more. Will definitely not be returning. Such a Shame as staff were really welcoming and let down by cooking staff.
