Sorry but neither the coffee or the croissant was really up to standard quite similar in the majority of places we went to in both Spain and Andorra

We are fairly seasoned travelers, welcoming new experiences, places, and people. And yet it’s amazing how such a simple thing as ordering a few pastries and sandwiches in an empty patisserie can become such an unpleasant affair, particularly when we look forward to each new opportunity. The two women who served us this morning were surly, even rude, making faces at each other and rolling their eyes when we took a few moments to figure out what to order (there was only one other patron in the entire restaurant, both inside and outside; he was already seated, so we were not holding up any other customers). The food itself was middling to poor in quality: Several of the cream pastries were clearly dried out (surprising for 10:15 a.m.). But the unpleasantness of the two women working there - one middle-aged and one older - made the entire experience utterly objectionable (even excellent food would not have salvaged our visit - and the food was anything but). If we lived in this town, we’d never return to this patisserie again. And shame on the two inhospitable women working there for treating their guests so poorly.
