Dear Nordic Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service we received during our recent check-in at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the behavior of the receptionist. Upon arrival, the receptionist was notably unfriendly and rude. She explained that she was alone and overworked, and she made it clear that she had no time for any discussion. While we understand that staffing issues can arise, the manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, we were informed that we needed to pay extra for our 4-year-old child, which in itself was not an issue. However, the way this information was conveyed was aggressive and unwelcoming. We have never experienced such poor service in any hotel, and it left a very negative impression on us. Due to this unpleasant encounter, we have decided to seek accommodation elsewhere where we can expect a more friendly and respectful service. We hope that you address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. We will also share the same on social media. Sincerely, Joe Bernardi
This is probably one of the nicest hotels i have stayed in. Reception staff so helpful, bar staff Alberto and Fernando very friendly giving olives and peanuts with drinks. Rooms so comfy and so is the bed. Fantastic view from room of ski slopes. Bathroom great, shower over bath, toiletries provided and they were very nice.. Lovely heated floors too. The restaurant is brilliant so much choice for breakfast, bacon, egg fried and scrambled, cheese, ham, couissants, pastries, nuts fresh fruit and plenty more. I stayed here for 5 nights and everynight something new and exciting to eat. The pudding are delicious and even has a little selection of smarties and marshmallows, loads of fresh fruit too. We had, king prawns, escargot, moussaka, oxtail, rabbit , veal, pig trotters, roll mop herrings, chicken, duck, beef, fillet steak, i could go on all day. This place is well worth staying at. We loved it. The swimming pool is lovely and warm too as is the jacuzzi, unfortunately the outside pool was closed as out of season but that too looked lovely. The gardens were so pleasant to sit in, with lovely flowers and trees. Could not fault this lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
We lunch here very often during the entire year. We love the enormous salads and the Nordic club is very good. The service is always nice and helpful.
Lovely place! Amazing food and a huge variety of choices. Well situated to the slopes. Beautiful location. My only upset was to pay €3 per day if we want Wi-Fi use in our room:-) and €10 for the sauna…Otherwise, sensible prices for drinks on site. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you
