This is hands down my favorite hotel in the world. My family and I travel pretty extensively throughout Europe and the US and we rarely want to stay in the same place more than once, no matter how fantastic it is. The Omnia is an exception to the rule. Our first stay was in 2018. My husband and I stayed at the property on our first big trip since the birth of our son. It was such a fantastic vacation and I wish I had written a review then. Not a detail was overlooked on behalf of the staff and they were so warm and inviting. The food was absolutely amazing and there's just a certain level of attention to detail from the hotel that I haven't really found anywhere else. We joked that the staff knew what we were doing before we did. They were always one step ahead of us. Fast forward to July, 2024. Not a thing has changed. We had an exceptional stay, and were delighted to bring our now 7 year old along with us. From the moment the transport picked us up from the train station we knew he would have a blast. The pool and facilities are still as wonderful as they were in 2018, as is the food. The Housekeeping staff is also not to be overlooked. Anna was so kind and helpful at the front desk and Cedric was so informative and entertaining to chat with during our dinner service. We look forward to making yet another exception to our rule and coming back again in 2025.
Everything was great at Omnia. From the moment you stepped into the special tunnel and take the lift to reception. The rooms do not even have numbers but alphabets. How special is that! Welcome drink was anything you want, including champagne. Heated pool and jacuzzi with a view. Breakfast was really nice, 1st time in the trip that i could get my croissant heated up. Table service as well. Phenomenal service all the time. Room's view is the whole Zemmatt, no snow yet, but i can imagine how beautiful it would be. It is also easy to walk into the shops just literally 2 mins away. Only small dislike is the size of the toilet, really small compared to the rest of the room. No showers, only a bathtub.
Jessica was amazing!! We are not Spanish speakers and she was a huge help interpreting the menu. She also made great recommendations and took care of everything we needed.
Service, food, wine, experience 5 stars. Excellent service, delicious food, got an Italian wine super good, the experience all around was so good
