The hotel staff is very accommodating, helpful and courteous. We are here on a business trip and they have made great arrangements so that nothing hampers our business activities. The rooms are very clean and the staff is prompt when it comes to their duties. The meals are also great with plenty of options. Being close to the airport, the hotel's location is convenient. The view from the rooms is lovely, especially in the evening during sunset.
Very great experience! The hotel is very nice. Room is very comfortable. Big thanks to your staff Axel Olleres for giving excellent service and making sure I really had a comfortable stay. He always greet me with his beautiful smile and I love his energy!!! Will definitely book again.
This is definitely not a five star hotel. The bedrooms were spacious but were tired and dated. the towels were past their best. No dressing gowns. I found the Bathroom was flooded when l got back from a day trip. The restaurant was too small and overcrowded for the number it was catering for and it ran out of food , juices and glasses quickly so you had to wait around for stuff to be replenished. Always Queues to be seated, get freshly cooked omelettes, to use coffee machine. It was tiresome and not what you want when u are on holiday.Food was tasteless I.e pancakes. Choice of food wasn’t the best. Don’t bother staying.
I love the food , Iftar is so tasty , amazing staff with very warm service .....highly recommended and Definitely coming back
