If you wantbto have authentic Afghan food and are willing to compromise on the ambience which will be compensated by cheap prices then you know where to go... Family can sit upstairs and can have a privacy. We tried different dishes and all of them were gooood!
I found this restaurant near from my hotel. Only men were eating outside, but me as a woman was welcomed, but I needed to eat upstairs while all the men were eating downstairs of the restaurant. This was my first Afghanistan meal ever. Rice with something on it was delicious also the vegetable soup, chicken was pit dry. I got a lot of rather good food with small amount of money, so I was satisfied.
