Menu is not exactly same as Dubai branches. I ordered a gavurdagi salad which is supposed to have crunchy walnuts but mine had only had tomatoes onions and parsley. Did not expect this inconsistency from such a reputed chain. Disclosure: We were given complementary Turkish teas (after we had already finished our green tea pot which made little sense).
Great busy atmosphere. Looking at the menu so much i wanted to try, but it was already yummy and a lot to take in! Few tips for the restaurant: The Menu on the ipad is handy, but any zoom on rhe picture would be good to have, along with a description of the meal - to better have a sense of what you are about to order. Other than that, just keep on with the delicious cuisine!
In town for a family friend’s wedding and popped over to Bosphorus for a relaxing yummy dinner. They started us off with complimentary fresh baked warm bread and oil dip - YUM! And we both ordered the beef and lamb kebab platters that included salad, bulgur pilaf and cucumber dip - it was so good and we had enough food to bring a full serving home. Oh, and we got 2 orders to go of the best baklava ever! Loved this place and you could tell by the local clientele - that this is a popular gem!!
From the minute we were seated the experience was fantastic. Our server had a smile that could light up a room and she gleefully shared suggestions of what to order. We had the Bosphorus Meze platter, cigar bourek, chicken adana kebab and the mixed grill kebab and not one of the suggestions was wrong. The chef stopped by the table and talked about his pleasure of cooking for us. Our dinner was wrapped up with complementary baklava and Turkish tea. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
